  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside in Exeter, near my Church <but not in the Parish> I have no Curate, nor any Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: No.

  3. Divine service at other churches: No.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed in my Church twice on the Lord's Day. And there is a Sermon both in the Morning and Afternoon.

  5. Frequency of communion: On the three Festivals of Christmas, Easter & Whitsunday, and on the last Sunday in every Calendar Month. the Number of Communicants is about an Hundred.

  6. Catechising of children: On the Prayer Days in Passion Week. And at the two Charity Sermons which are preached in the year.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: There are no Glebe Lands &c.

  9. Number of families: About sixty.

  10. Chapels: No.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No.

  13. Charity: A Field of Land was left by the Lady Ann Clifford Countess Dowager of Pembroke for the Purpose of binding out a poor Boy or Girl <of the Parish> an Apprentice which is duly applied. And the Sum of one Hundred & twenty Pounds was left by Mr King a Merchant of this City the Interest of which be paid to the Rector for preaching a Sermon the last Saturday in any month preparatory to the H: Communion. The Sermon is constantly preached, and the Interest paid.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Collation is dated August 9th 1771. And my Priests Orders September 20th 1747.
